Progress of ischemic stroke after acute myocardial infarction

  • 急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)是成年人死亡的主要原因之一,而缺血性脑卒中则是AMI后的严重并发症。目前AMI与缺血性脑卒中发生风险之间的关系仍存在争议。本文拟对AMI合并缺血性脑卒中的发病率、风险因素、病理机制、治疗以及预后进行综述。
